Description
You provide the first impression for all visitors and calls coming into the Sunnyside community! Located front and center of our Assisted Living neighborhood, you interact with residents and guests in person and over the phone. This is a busy position for someone who enjoys working with people and can multitask.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED is required
- Experience in a customer service role, having demonstrated excellent customer service, organizational and communication skills.
- Must have good judgment, problem solving, and decision making skills.
- Positive attitude and love working with people.
- You thrive on staying busy and being part of a top notch team.
Schedule is 7:30-3:30 M-F. An occasional weekend or holiday may be required.
- Acknowledge and greet all residents & their guests with courtesy and customer service.
- Screen all visitors to the building, ensure that they sign in and out.
- Answer all phone calls in a timely and professional manner.
- Sort and organize daily mail for delivery, including packages and supplies.
- Respond to resident questions, requests and needs in a courteous and professional manner.
- Update information center daily, including activities calendar for the day and dining menu.
- Maintain appearance of the surrounding reception and living room area (straighten and arrange pillows, water flowers, etc.)
- Manage the Front Desk calendar and schedule for part-time evening and weekend staff.
- Update Front Desk staff on policy changes and day-to-day developments as needed.
- Serve as main point of contact for Front Desk Receptionist team.

Salary Range
USD $21.00 - USD $23.00 /Hr.

The salary range mentioned above reflects the potential pay for this role and does not include additional incentives (if applicable), nor does it include the value of our benefit program. Offers will consider factors like experience, qualifications, certifications/training, etc.

Part-time (with option for more hours) Dining Room Server with availability to work some weekends. Hours are typically 4-7pm or 11am-7pm.
- Provide assistance in all dietary functions as directed to accommodate the guests during service.
- Welcome customers and help them to their seats, introduce the menu and describe different meals.
- Light preparation and assembly of food items
- Serving of food and beverages
- Storage and cleanup of food items and their preparation.
- Identify and resolve any special requirements, wants and needs of the customer.
